Our apparel is offered on a preorder basis. This means your item is produced after the preorder period closes and is not available for immediate shipment.

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks after the preorder closes for production, processing, and shipment. We will always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, and customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Tracking

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your tracking shows that your package is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Because our apparel is produced based on preorder quantities, all apparel sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or other personal preferences.

Please review the size chart and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Photos of the item may be requested.

If an error was made on our end, we will gladly provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
